Asar a temperatura media&lt;br /&gt;hasta que esté dorado y cocido. Retirar del horno&lt;br /&gt;y eliminar el papel. Luego, moler junto a las papas&lt;br /&gt;que ya están cocidas, transferir a una olla y reservar.&lt;br /&gt;En un sartén colocar el aceite y ajo a gusto; calentar&lt;br /&gt;a fuego medio y agregar cebolla, zanahoria,&lt;br /&gt;pimentones, cebollines y apio. Sofreír hasta que la&lt;br /&gt;cebolla esté transparente, incorporar el orégano,&lt;br /&gt;comino y pimienta. Mezclar y retirar del fuego.&lt;br /&gt;Agregar la mezcla anterior a la olla con el zapallo&lt;br /&gt;y las papas reservadas. Añadir el choclo, los porotos, las&lt;br /&gt;arverjas y las espinacas picadas. Calentar bien a fuego medio. Cocer por&lt;br /&gt;30 min. a fuego lento, al estar lista la salsa añadir&lt;br /&gt;el pollo ganso ya mechado durante 1 hora y 30 min.&lt;br /&gt;Comprobar que se encuentre tierno y retirar del&lt;br /&gt;fuego.
